A Coase theorem game. A data center's backup generators bother the neighbor next door; each pair of students bargains over generator hours and payments in real time, with property rights and transaction costs changing by round. Students join the Student Portal with a player name; the instructor runs sessions, pairing, and round timers from the Admin Dashboard.
